check each order and pack our products to ensure
they are in perfect condition on arrival. Where
items such as gourmet food hampers are also gift
packaged, these will also be packed in protective
mailing boxes.

wish to send as a gift. There is space on the order
form for your message. We can arrange multiple delivery
addresses if you are sending to more than one person.

When we receive
your order, we will send you an e-mail confirmation.
We aim to despatch your goods within 2 working days
of receipt. If we are not able to despatch your
goods within 7 working days of receipt, we will
contact you by e-mail or phone to make substitutions
or cancel and refund your order. Occasionally, we
need to substitute food products with items of equal
or greater value and we will usually do this without
notification. |

| Delivery |

We can deliver
to most UK and worldwide addresses. We publish delivered
prices for most UK and European addresses but due
to wide variations in delivery prices and local
customs, we have to quote separately for UK islands,
selected European and worldwide destinations. Please

for a worldwide delivery.
We despatch our goods by overnight courier, first
class post or parcel force. As most of our goods
are quite large, delivery is usually by overnight
courier and each delivery is made on a 'signed for'
basis. Therefore, if you need goods by a particular
date, please allow 7 working days for delivery.
